RFP Existing Union High School Renovation/Addition and other small projects

This Request for Proposals includes the following projects:

Existing Union High School Renovation and Training Facility Addition:

This project will consist of approx. 49,250 sq. ft. new facility which includes 20,800 sq. ft. of existing remodeled space along with 28,450 sq. ft. of new construction. The facility is located at the existing Union High School in Roosevelt, Utah (135 N. Union Street). The new facility will include a new indoor athletic field, new restrooms, and storage rooms, along with a remodeled gymnasium, locker rooms, and storage rooms. The indoor athletic field will be housed in a new 24,500 metal building. The site will be fully developed with parking lots, roads, grass, and landscaped areas.

Portable Classroom Relocation:

This project will consist of relocating (4) portable classrooms from the Union High School (135 N. Union Street) to Duchesne High School (155 W. Main St. Duchesne, Utah) and Altamont Elementary (190 W. Main Street. Altamont, Utah). Furthermore, an additional (5) portable classrooms are to be removed from various sites.

Altamont Elementary School Parking Lot Improvements:

This project includes the replacing the asphalt in the parking areas and approach. Additionally, the parking and parent drop-off are to be reconfigured.

Other Projects Possible (Small Projects)

Proposal Documents will be available at Duchesne County School District offices, 1010 East 200 North Roosevelt, Utah 84066; or at the office of the Architect, KMA Architects, 195 East 100 North, Provo, Utah, 84606, on Wednesday, September 6, 2017.

Sealed Proposals will be received at Duchesne County School District offices no later than 2:00 p.m. MT on Thursday, September 21, 2017. Proposals must be marked attention Dee Miles, Business Administrator, and contain all requested information to be considered a responsive Proposal. Provide eight (8) sealed copies of the completed Proposal Documents. Proposals will be opened publicly identifying only the names of the Offeror and checking completeness of Proposal contents.
